Recently I had the opportunity to try out some bars from a company called Natural Balanced Foods. They are a British based company making delicious and good for you snacks and bars. Their bars are different than a lot of the “cereal” or “snack” bars on the market because they contain all natural and whole ingredients. There is no added sweeteners or sugars in their bars.
When ever I need to stock my pantry with raw nuts I head over to my local Trader Joe’s. You can find almost any variety that you want at great prices.
Not only do they have individual nuts but you can also find variety packs that have chocolate, raisins, cranberries, yogurt chips and several other sweet treats!
If you’ve never made your own almond milk at home, you are in for a surprise! It’s not only easy, but very satisfying. You can make it plain (unsweetened) or add vanilla to taste.
