If you’ve never made your own almond milk at home, you are in for a surprise! It’s not only easy, but very satisfying. You can make it plain (unsweetened) or add vanilla to taste. Right before the new year my husband and I went to a little get together at my friend Monica’s house. She had lots of different “picking” style foods for everyone to enjoy. One of my favorite things she made was pulled pork on sweet potato toast (and a couple of pom seeds on top!). My husband and I, along with everyone else there, went CRAZY for this! I knew I had to make it. Being that a few days later I was starting our January Whole 30 I had to wait until week 2 because that first weeks meals were already set. One of my most favorite things to eat is nut butter and in form. Right now I have at least 12 different kinds in my pantry and I am sure that number will not go down anytime soon. I am not one to discriminate against against any brand or trying a new kind.

I made it into 2 pages. After the series is over I will update the chart with all of the daily moves to cover the entire 8 weeks.
Please feel free to share this post with your friends! Continue reading “Tone It Up Daily Moves Chart”
Since completing my first Whole 30 nearly a year ago I have become obsessed with potatoes! They are a staple more so than ever in my kitchen. My favorites are sweet potato and red potato.
This week we are starting with the letter “P” and I wanted to talk to you about patience.
